Training Structure Breakdown

We believe in learning through doing. Our Pretoria training facility is equipped with real Front End Loader machinery actively used in construction and mining operations, so every practical hour you spend translates directly to job-ready competence.

  • Days 1–2 (Theory): Classroom instruction covering safety regulations, machine mechanics, operational principles, and legislation (08:00–15:00 daily)
  • Days 3–5 (Practical): Intensive hands-on FEL operation under certified instructor supervision — maximum 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio (08:00–16:00 daily)

We do not use simulators. From your very first practical session you are operating actual Front End Loader equipment, giving you the confidence and muscle memory employers look for on Day 1 of a new job.
